Comfort Inn Amish Country

The staff were very friendly & accommodating. All amenities were great. We were there for a Sight & Sound show & shopping. The hotel was a bit further from those 2 than I would have liked especially driving at night.

The location is perfect to shopping and places to eat. The staff are amazing! I wished I knew the name of the lady that checked me out on Thursday morning because I absolutely loved her! She was so friendly and when I checked in, she made sure I was on the first floor because of my mother. She even offered to help me with the next hotel I was staying in because of a booking mix up! Not many people go above and beyond like that!

Excellent Value. The room was large (King) and had nice furnishings, comfortable bed, and everything worked: TV, refrigerator (no freezer), ice machine, elevator. It looks relatively new and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of parking and close to all I needed including Shady Maple Buffet, highways, and farm to town roads. Very quiet and excellent hotel-type breakfast with make your own waffles, cereal, rolls, eggs, sausage, coffee, juices in a very large and pleasant dining room. I could've stayed there weeks - but was only passing through. Good selection of soap, shampoo, towels, Kleenix, etc.

Beds are very comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They got my handicapped mother a lift for the toilet seat which was extremely low. The breakfast attendant even took the time to take my 6 year old over to the aquarium to show him the fish.
